The wellbeing of our puppies and visitors is at the heart of everything we do. We maintain the highest standards of safety, hygiene, and ethical care to ensure a positive experience for all.
Puppy Welfare
The wellbeing of our puppies is our #1 priority. They are sourced from ethical, licensed breeders and undergo strict vet health checks. We limit their session time and strictly monitor energy levels.
Hygiene Standards
We follow rigorous sanitation protocols. Mats are disinfected between every session, and mandatory hand sanitisation is required for all guests. Shoes are removed before entering the puppy zone.
Experienced Supervision
Every interaction is overseen by experienced facilitators who prioritize dog body language and session flow. We ensure the environment remains harmonious for both humans and pups.
Session Structure
Sessions consist of 30 minutes of gentle activity followed by 30 minutes of socialisation. This allows puppies to roam freely, play, and cuddle at their own pace.
Puppy Age & Health
Our puppies are typically between 10-14 weeks old. They must have received their first or second set of vaccinations and be cleared by a vet before joining a session.
Safety During Sessions
Safety is paramount. We maintain small class sizes and provide mandatory rest periods in a dedicated quiet space. Our staff are trained to recognize signs of puppy fatigue or over-stimulation.
First Aid & Insurance
We are fully insured and carry specialized pet first aid equipment. Our facilitators are trained in basic canine first aid to handle any minor incidents immediately.

🐾 Do I need to have done yoga before?
Absolutely not! No previous yoga experience is required — everyone is welcome.
🐾 Is puppy yoga ethical?
Yes. Every session is puppy-led, with their welfare always coming first. Puppies have appropriate rest breaks, supervision and plenty of time to relax.
🐾 Where do you get your puppies from?
We work with ethical, loving breeders, all of whom are carefully vetted by our team to ensure the puppies’ health, safety and wellbeing come first.
🐾 How old are the puppies?
Our puppies are at least 8 weeks old and must have received the appropriate vaccinations for their age before attending our sessions.
🐾 Do I need to bring anything?
Nope! Just yourself. We provide everything you need.
🐾 What should I wear?
Something comfortable and non-restrictive that you don't mind getting a little puppy fur on!
🐾 Are photos allowed?
Absolutely! Please feel free to take photos and tag us — we love seeing your puppy yoga moments!
🐾 Can I attend if I am pregnant?
Yes, but please let your yoga instructor know before the session so they can advise you on any appropriate modifications.
🐾 Do I have to do the yoga?
Not at all! You can join in with the yoga or simply enjoy the puppies — it's completely up to you.
🐾 Is there a minimum age?
Yes. Our minimum age is 8 years old to help keep sessions calm and comfortable for our puppies. Children under 16 must be accompanied by a fully paying adult.

You bet we do! From birthday celebrations and girls’ days to team bonding, corporate wellbeing sessions and even weddings, we can create a private puppy experience to suit your occasion.
